P. Intl. Jabung L.: Upgrading Version 9.1 to 9.2

A major technical upgrade of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne from version 9.1 to 9.2 was executed, covering six core business modules. This involved migrating and retrofitting all existing custom applications and business functions to ensure full stability in the new environment. Additionally, a comprehensive knowledge sharing program on 9.2 UDOs and Orchestrator was delivered, enabling the client to modernize their workflows and leverage the latest automation features of Release 25.

R. Vinilon S.: Manufacturing Cost Allocation

A new system was developed within the JD Edwards Manufacturing module to automate the calculation and allocation of production costs. This included the creation of batch applications to handle scrap allocations and automate the generation of manufacturing journal entries. Additionally, existing interactive applications were refined and maintained to resolve operational bugs, resulting in improved financial accuracy and system stability for manufacturing operations.

Technical support and enhancements were provided for the JD Edwards 9.1 environment across the Finance, HR, and EAM modules. The focus was on maintaining system stability and delivering targeted improvements to legacy forms and reports. By resolving technical issues and optimizing existing workflows, the reliability and efficiency of the 9.1 platform were ensured for the client's daily operations.

Chemco H.N: AR/AP Financial Report Optimization

The financial reporting system was updated to ensure full compliance with new tax regulations. A system-wide expansion of Tax Invoice fields from 10 to 16 digits was performed across all tables, interactive apps, and batch reports. Additionally, proactive database tuning was conducted by re-indexing core Sales and Purchase Order tables to maintain high system stability and prevent performance lags for the finance team.

Fonterra B:JDE Tax Localization & Integration

Engineered a comprehensive tax localization module within JD Edwards to bridge the gap between global ERP standards and Indonesian (DJP) tax regulations. Developed automated extraction logic to transform AR/AP data into compliant formats for e-Faktur integration, significantly reducing manual data entry risks and ensuring 100% regulatory compliance
